We want you to love your Manucurist products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards, we can only accept products in their original packaging with the protective seal intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original box, ensuring all glass polish bottles are securely cushioned to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
